After the initial conversation, a free consultation will be arranged with you to discuss your project requirements and determine what you already know to prevent research being repeated. After the consultation and if your project is feasible (e.g. the relevant records are available), you will receive a detailed research proposal including a full quotation, estimated timings and terms and conditions.

If you are happy with the proposal and wish to commission the research, your project will be scheduled once written agreement and a 50% deposit has been received from you. You will be informed when the research is complete and once the balance has been paid, the full research report or family history book will be emailed or posted to you depending on the commission.
